Terms & Conditions
Please review the booking rules before you reserve.
To secure your booking a deposit of 20% is payable on booking. Full payment for the accommodation is required 30 days prior to the check in date. There is a 100% refund if cancelling prior to 2 weeks to check in. Cancellation within 2 weeks of booking or a “no show” incurs a 100% loss of the full payment. We strongly advice guests to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to their travel plans. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification via email and if the cancellation is due to Covid 19 border restrictions or similar events we do offer full refund (less $20 bank processing fee) or full credit or postponement. Please be aware that guests will be charged for any damage resulting in the need for unusual additional cleaning or for replacement or repair of the building or it's contents.
Payment policy depends on the accommodation type booked. Please enter your check-in and check-out dates to see the policy.
