3 Night Minimum booking. Our corporate apartment truly is your home away from home. It has two well-appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms and full-sized laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is a well-stocked kitchen, a full-sized fridge/ freezer, every cooking implement and utensil you could need and even a butler's pantry with a coffee machine and microwave. The large lounge/ dining area opens up a lovely sunny balcony with BBQ facilities. Like the rest of our apartments, it directly overlooks the Leven River and our beach at Eagles Corner. (Technically, we share the beach with the lovely Ulverstone Community, but we consider it our beach because it is less than 15 steps from our gate.) Oh, did we mention that the main bedroom has a walk-in robe, a large ensuite, and a luxuriously deep bath from which you can watch TV or listen to music as you soak away the day's cares? There is an office area with a large smart technology-enabled monitor and free unlimited wifi for those conducting business. While it is a highly safe and quiet neighbourhood, we do have external security cameras, which can be monitored from the apartment, and an intercom set up so you can see/speak to anyone coming to visit. The corporate apartment comes with parking for two cars, although you won't need them to head into town because you can walk there directly on the path from the Ulverstone River Edge Apartments in less than 5 minutes. The apartments are well located on the well-used riverside walking trails if you enjoy keeping fit. You can even bring your bike as the Corporate apartment has space to bring your bike inside on the ground level. This truly is an exceptional property that is available for longer-term corporate bookings.
