Check-out date modifications are allowed up to 2–3 days before arrival. Changes upon arrival are not possible. Please ensure that your contact number is correct, as we will need in case to reconfirm your booking. Free cancellation 3 days before check in , cancellation 20% of 1st night stay will be charged .

To make a booking, card details are required to secure your reservation. However, no deposit ,prepayment is required. You can pay directly at the property upon check-in. We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash payments in LKR, USD, EUR, CHF, or AUD.

Our family rooms are specially designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2–4 children, or up to 6 adults comfortably. Baby cots are also available upon request in family rooms. Please note that we are unable to accommodate families with small children in our standard double rooms, even if the children share the parents’ bed or an extra bed is requested. Our double rooms are located separately from the family rooms, and for safety and comfort, families are required to reserve a triple room or family room. However, if you are travelling with an infant, please contact us before making your reservation. If a suitable double room is available, we will be happy to accommodate you with a baby cot upon request.

Check in 2.00pm . Our standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. If a guest checks out earlier, we will be happy to arrange an early check-in for you, subject to availability. If early check-in is not possible, you are most welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy the view or relax by the pool while we prepare the room. Please note that we ensure the room is thoroughly cleaned after each check-out.
