A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and cleared and a booking confirmation has been issued by Salty Palms. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation. The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed booking capacity unless written approval has been obtained. Booking changes are subject to approval and may incur an administration fee. A service fee applies to payments processed through SecurePay.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. A credit card pre authorisation is also required as a security bond. The standard pre authorisation amount is AUD 500 unless otherwise specified. It is generally processed 1 to 3 days before arrival and released by the bank within 5 to 10 business days after departure, provided no deductions are required.
Bookings are subject to Salty Palms' strict cancellation policy. Payments and deposits are generally non refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Guests may request that their dates be re marketed, subject to a re marketing fee. If the dates are successfully rebooked, a pro rata refund may be provided after applicable booking and re marketing fees are deducted. Please refer to the property's terms and conditions for full details.
Guests who do not arrive for their confirmed reservation should contact Salty Palms as soon as possible. Bookings are subject to the property's payment and cancellation terms. Deposits and payments are generally non refundable. Please contact the property directly for assistance with a missed arrival.
Children are welcome, subject to the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around stairs, balconies, pools and other potential hazards. Children under 10 years of age must not sleep on the top bunk of bunk beds. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old unless otherwise approved.
Standard check in is from 4:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability, prior approval and any applicable fees. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old unless otherwise approved. Guests may be asked to provide valid photo identification.
