THE SPACE : There are many walking tracks around town and 4 local beaches. 1 hour from Cradle Mountain and geographically central on the NW Coast of Tasmania. Mountain bike track for over 70 kms and magnificant views from Mt Montgomery ( a 40 minute hike to top ). GUEST ACCESS : Guests have access to all the house and yards including a large BBQ area and Weber BBQ. This includes a large grassed lawn area in the orchard. Car port is avaiable to put the car under and driveway can store 4 vehicles. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS : Management live 90 seconds away from house and are available at all times. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE : A Heat Pump is available to heat this double brick house that receives sun from the north, east and western facinf windows. The double brick insulates to hold the heat in the winter and keep it cool in the summer. Free WiFi is also installed plus DVD facilities with a large TV screen.
