Property Description : The Local Riverside is at the main drag of Sissowath Quay, Riverside, conveniently located on Street 144 and only 50m from the river. The location lends itself to a quieter array of foot traffic, street noise, and panhandling, yet only seconds from the vibrant Riverside promenade. The National Museum, Royal Palace, Central Market, and Wat Phnom are only a 5-minute walk or 1 minute on a tuk-tuk. There is also a local market 100m away. The Local Riverside consists of a courtyard and inside dining area, and lounge area; the entire building was renovated in 2013 and four guesthouse rooms were added.
