La Hacienda Grande
La Hacienda Grande is a beautiful colonial Canary house located within a peaceful sub-tropical garden and surrounded by a banana plantation. It was recently attractively renovated as four holiday apartments with spacious comfortable interiors with modern fittings, whilst retaining the original woodwork and style. It's a perfect place for couples, family and friends looking to relax at the house enjoying the beautiful garden and amazing views to the ocean and El Teide. There are three enormous avocado trees providing vast quantities of fruit which you are welcome to enjoy and take with you. You are welcome to use the traditional charcoal grill located in the garden.

Please review the booking rules before you reserve.
The number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments. If any items are damaged or broken during your visit we should be grateful if you could let us know so that we can arrange a repair or replacement. We also reserve the right to recharge visitors for any damage that occurs that we consider to be over and above normal wear and tear. Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. We charge 25€/hour if extra cleaning is required. Checkout time is 12 noon, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Please be thoughtful of other guests in the building and keep noise to a minimum in the evenings. All linen is supplied for existing bedding. Charges apply for extra linen. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property. We charge 10€ + postage to return forgotten items, so please check carefully before you leave. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
