Our most current Terms & Conditions are available at phillipislandholidayapartments.com.au/terms and apply to all bookings. If there is any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those provided in our DocuSign Virtual Check-In package, the Terms & Conditions published on our website will prevail. The minimum age to make a booking is 23 years. Parties and events are not permitted. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “the Property” refers to Apartments 130, 240 or 507 at The Waves, Cowes, Phillip Island.
Deposit and payment requirements vary depending on the booking platform and rate selected. Please refer to the payment terms shown on your booking confirmation. A $200 security deposit hold is required prior to access being activated. This is separate from any accommodation deposit or payment terms associated with your booking.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking platform and rate selected. Unless otherwise stated in your booking conditions, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.
In the event of a no-show, the full value of the booking will be retained and no refund will be provided. We strongly recommend that guests consider suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
Children under 15 years of age must not be left unaccompanied in the apartment and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult aged 18 years or over. The minimum age to make a booking is 23 years.
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm. For security reasons, enquiries regarding access can only be discussed with a guest using the phone number or email address associated with the booking.
For bookings prepaid through a third-party booking partner, such as Booking.com, we will contact you by telephone on the day prior to arrival to obtain credit card details and process a $200 security deposit pre-authorisation. Access to the apartment cannot be provided until the security deposit pre-authorisation has been successfully completed. And if you want to fold it into the full Other Information section, I’d suggest: All guests will receive a Virtual Check-In pack via DocuSign during the 14 days prior to arrival. This must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival day to help prevent delays with check-in. A $200 security deposit hold is required prior to access being activated. For bookings prepaid through a third-party booking partner, such as Booking.com, we will contact you by telephone on the day prior to arrival to obtain credit card details and process the security deposit pre-authorisation. Access cannot be provided until this has been successfully completed. We may also send one-way SMS messages regarding your booking or stay from PIHOLAPTS. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. The minimum age to make a booking is 23 years.
